Policies & Repairs

Returns & Exchanges are accepted *only* if an item arrives damaged in the mail for jewelry products and publications. I do not cover shipping costs for returns up-front, but I will reimburse.

Jewelry repairs are free of charge throughout the life of your jewelry item. Just pay shipping costs to send the item back to me. I will ship back to you at my own expense. Please note I can rarely perfectly match stones if pieces need to be replaced. 

Guided trip cancellation policy: A full refund will be given if a participant cancels 1 month or more before the start date of the trip. Cancellation made within the 1 month window leading up to the trip will be given full credit towards a future trip, but no refunds will be made. Please consider this before signing up.
