This barn-quilt-inspired bolo is cut from dark green argillite from Montana's Belt Supergroup of 1.7 billion year old rocks, dusty rose tuff from the Calico Range in Nevada, red jasper from the Owyhee, white jasper from Horseheaven in Oregon, black basalt from the Black Rock Desert (and backed with the same), as well as chartreuse epidote from the Granite Range in Nevada.
The bolo piece is a 32mm square (1 3/16”) with a brass backing. The genuine leather cord is 33" long with steel tips.
