These earrings are cut from a type of agate affectionately known as “Crazy Lace” which hails from northern Mexico. Because you asked, the material is actually alternating bands of botryoidal agate and opal marking precipitation horizons within a void in a volcanic host rock.
The stones are 26mm wide and hang 38mm on hammered 14k gold fill wire. The earrings weigh 3 grams each.
